Regulation
The Coase Foundation’s research analyzes the regulation placed on firms, markets, industries, and technologies. Our work examines empirically the effects of regulation on the incentives that firms face and the economic performance that results. Our fellows develop new insights and approaches to regulation that protect consumers without unnecessarily harming the efficiency of firms or discouraging their investment in innovation.
